Interesting case. A doctor screws up a delivery of a baby wanted by its parents. What has happened? Did a baby die? Or was it a fetus? The doctor, trying to minimize his legal vulnerability, claims it’s a fetus. To the parents, it was a baby. It had a name and a decorated nursery waiting for it. Can the Left recognize the parents’ reality? Or do Progressives have to hold the line on abortion and deny the humanity if the victim if medical malpractice?
