Okay, that looks unlikely, so maybe we’ll only get 3%, as the chart suggests. But keep in mind that the Obama administration forecast that we would not see more than 2% GDP growth through 2026! And all those CBO estimates on budget deficits are based on an assumption of 2% GDP growth. Keep in mind the difference between 2 and3% growth, isn’t 1 percentage. It’s a 50% difference, from 2 to 3. That means hundreds of billions, trillions, of economic growth over a decade, and a great deal of extra tax revenue.
