The usual terror routine?

The attack. Attacker unknown. He yelled “Allahu Akbar!” He’ll be identified as a Muslim. Politicians will worry about Muslims being blamed by Islamophobes. Authorities will reveal that they once had him on their radar. And so it goes. Ad infinitum! Wait a month or two and repeat.
