As predicted! Paris attacker was on radicalism database

As I predicted yesterday, the Paris attacker would turn out to be a Muslim and an individual know to authorities–aka a “known wolf.” https://wordpress.com/post/theabyss.blog/727  And so he was–a Chechen on the terrorist database.

Being on a terrorist database doesn’t seem to make any difference for effective law enforcement. It appears that the majority of terror attacks are perpetrated by people on these lists. I suppose the excuse is that there are simply too many people on these lists, and the authorities lack the resources to monitor them all. But doesn’t that fact tell you something?
